eurotec takes full responsibility to ensure that every product delivered to a customer can be supported by our Spare Parts Logistics Process (SPLP). Depending on the product itself, the use and other customer-specific demands, eurotec documents a customer specific Spare Parts Agreement. This agreement contains all the Spare Parts provisions that eurotec will undertake to serve the customer.
In some cases, where no such agreement is made, eurotec is still committed on serving every product with needed spare parts.
